What we do:

JMD Metal Trade BV operates specifically within Step 2: Recycling & Preparation of the steel lifecycle. We source scrap globally from collectors and other recycling yards, conduct thorough testing and analysis, and produce high-quality blends with guaranteed chemical composition, ensuring optimal performance in the next stage of the recycling process.

The cycle:

Step 1: Collection & Sorting

Scrap is collected in small quantities from independent scrappers and the public, then carefully sorted by type and quality, ensuring a clean and efficient transition to the next recycling stage.

Step 2: Recycling & Preparation

The sorted scrap is thoroughly tested, carefully analyzed, and prepared into optimal batches based on chemical composition. These high-quality blends ensure efficiency in the next stage at mills and foundries.

Step 3: Manufacturing & Production

The high -quality recycled blends are then melted and refined to produce new products, reducing reliance on virgin materials and significantly lowering environmental impact.

Step 4: Use

Durable stainless steel products are used across various industries. When they reach the end of their life, they return to the recycling loop to begin the cycle again.
